We want you to love your lash products! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened lash products.
